Perfect for a romantic break, two grange cottages is ideal for anyone wishing to discover this lovely part of devon. Amenities: full central gas heat with additional heating from gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, television with freeview, dvd. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub five mins walk. Note: there are 2 steep staircases to the 2nd floor bedroom. Note: the rooms on the 1st floor are used by the owner for storage, and will be locked while the cottage is occupied.
