The cottage has 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and 2 twin rooms as well as a family bathroom which makes it suitable for 8 people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a dedicated dining area area and a sitting area with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and an enclosed front garden with a small patio. The town centre, with its castle, good restaurants, market square, pubs and variety of shops is just a few minutes walk away, making eight station drive a wonderful cottage for discovering this fantastic part of the country. Amenities: full central gas heat, open fire in sitting area. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, two x colour tvs, dvd. Fuel, power & starter pack for open fire inc. In rent. Bed linen & towels inc. In rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate. Off road parking for one car, plus free parking ticket provided for nearby car park. Enclosed front cottage garden with small patio. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Tesco one minimum walk. Pub two mins walk. Town centre & castle five mins walk. Region: a e houseman once wrote that shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as 1 of the least crowded and most quiet regions in england. Town: ludlow is a market town on the river teme in shropshire, and is well known for its variety of attractive listed buildings, medieval streets and imposing castle. Ludlow also boasts a variety of good quality restaurants, along with pubs and shops serving fresh produce. There are art and craft shops, and the linney riverside park has the opportunity to hire boats, has a play area and also a putting green. Ludlow is close to shropshire attractions including ironbridge, church stretton, the severn valley railway and cardingmill valley.
