Arethusa cottage is a magnificent detached cottage a mile from the centre of ryde on the isle of wight. Split into 2 properties, the main house and the log cabin, it has five beds. A super king-size double and a twin in the main house, and a first floor double, adult bunks and a 1st floor attic twin in the log cabin. There is a family bathroom in each. The log cabin has a sitting room and small kitchen area, as well as a decked patio with furniture, while the main house has a large kitchen, dedicated dining area room, sitting room with woodburner and a large conservatory with french doors to the decked garden. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna. With so much to see and do on the isle of wight, this is the perfect base for friends and families to stay. Amenities: full central gas heat. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2nd fridge (in garden cottage), cloths washer, dishwasher, television with video disc player (in garden cottage), television with basic sky package, dvd, cd and radio, selection of books, dvds and games. All fuel, power and wood for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent (please bring own pool towels). Indoor swimming pool (heated all year), sauna. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Large enclosed garden with 2 decked areas, garden furniture, bbq area and fish pond. Small decked area with furniture outside garden cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mi, beach 2.5mis. Note: this owner requires a refundable good housekeeping bond of £300.
