The ground level of the property is open plan with a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburner. Outside the property is a private patio and shared use of the owner's grounds, as well as off road parking for 1 car. With dartmoor on the doorstep, barn cottage is a great holiday base. Amenities: oil fired central heating, with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, television with freeview, dvd, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. 2 z-beds available on request. Off road parking for one car. Private patio with furniture at front of cottage plus shared use of owner's garden. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub ten mins walk. Region: devon, with its peaceful country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious devonshire cream tea? Town: sticklepath is a small village located on the northern edge of dartmoor.
