The cottage sleeps 4 people and has 2 double ensuite bedrooms as well as a fitted kitchen with dining room and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is a shared front patio and fabulous river views. Literally, just a stone's throw from the river and the bridge leading into chester, bridge cottage is a superbly situated cottage for a city centre break. Amenities: central gas heat with underfloor heating on first level and woodburner in sitting area. Combination microwave/oven, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, television with freeview, wifi. Fuel, power and starter pack of wood for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Loading/unloading outside property only. Roadside parking near to property. Shared use of front patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants two mins walk. Note: cottage is accessed down eight steps, plus there is a steep drop off the walled patio to the river, children to be supervised at all times. Region: chester is a beautiful and historic border city. Walk its ancient walls, discover the roman remains and experience 21st century shopping in the unique half-timbered medieval 'rows' at the city's heart. Town: chester has much to offer the tourist, including excellent shopping in and around the famous 'rows' and walks along the roman walls, beside the river dee and through the grosvenor park. Explore chester's medieval cathedral, visit chester racecourse or spend a day at chester zoo.

The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
