The cottage can sleep 4 people in two beds - 1 king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and wc and 1 twin. There is also a bathroom with bath, basin and wc. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with dining room, and a sitting area with woodburner, which leads to a summer room with patio doors. Outside are decking, lawns and a patio with furniture and bbq, along with ample off road parking. With wonderful rural scenery to enjoy, medieval conwy nearby and a little further snowdonia national park, buzzards' view is a lovely cottage for a special break in the country. Amenities: oil fired central heating with underfloor heating on first floor and in bathrooms, woodburner in sitting area and heat recovery system. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher, television, dvd, stereo/cd, ipod dock, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking. Decking, lawns and patio with furniture and charcoal bbq. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mis. Note: there is a babbling brook in the front garden, therefore children should be supervised at all times. Region: famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: eglwysbach is a north wales village in the conwy valley, renowned for its countryside, scenic walks and the world famous bodnant gardens. Nearby conwy is a world heritage site and boasts a castle, town walls, pretty fishing harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. Within easy reach are beaches along the north wales coast and snowdonia national park.
