This all first level cottage sleeps 6 people and has three beds, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite wet room, and 1 twin bedroom as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a sitting area and a conservatory with dedicated dining area room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for 1 car and an enclosed front and rear garden. Castlegate cottages is a wonderful family holiday home, close to many attractions. Amenities: full central gas heat, electric fire in sitting area. Gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour television, dvd. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for one car. Enclosed front and rear garden with pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub five mins walk. Region: picturesque rolling fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – east anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of suffolk. Town: the seaside resort of clacton-on-sea has something for everyone. The town has sandy beaches, water sports, a victorian pier, gardens, fun fair, bowling greens, theatres, golf courses and shopping and leisure facilities, plus a number of pubs and restaurants. Close to clacton-on-sea there is the town of colchester, with its zoo and colchester castle with norman keep.
