There is also a bathroom, a first floor cloakroom, a sitting area, dedicated dining area room and a fitted kitchen. Outside there is an enclosed garden ideal for children, and off road parking for 3 cars. With so much to see and do right from the doorstep, chateauneuf is an ideal york base. Amenities: full central gas heat with additional heating from gas fire in sitting area. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, television with freeview, dvd, cd, radio, ipod dock, wifi. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for three cars. Bike storage. Enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture and bbq. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub five mins walk. Region: from heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime dales await you!
