This upside down cottage sleeps 6 people and has 2 ground level bedrooms, consisting of 1 king size double bedroom with en-suite shower and 1 double bedroom, as well as a first floor family bathroom. The cottage also has on the 1st floor a fitted kitchen with dedicated dining room and a sitting area with futon sofa bed. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and bbq. Cider house is a brilliant family cottage in a fantastic area. Amenities: electric central heating from storage heaters and ‘living flame’ electric fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, colour television, cd player. Electricity inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and bbq. Off road parking. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Stabling for horses available, capacity varies seasonally. Shop three miles, pub one miles note: river close by, children need to be supervised. Note: it is accessed via a half mile of narrow farm track and 2 cattle grids. Note: check in time at this property is 4pm. Region: a e houseman once wrote that shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as 1 of the least crowded and most quiet regions in england. Town: cleobury mortimer is a picturesque little town located at the heart of rural south shropshire. An interesting choice of shops, pubs and restaurants can be found here, though the town is most well known for its unique church and its quirky crooked steeple. The famous heritage site of ironbridge and its ten museums is close by, as are the historic market towns of bridgnorth and ludlow, which has an amazing castle to explore. The clee hills and the wyre forest offer superb walking opportunities, and sports enthusiasts of all kinds are well-catered for with the number of horse riding, fishing and golf opportunities available in the local area.
