Cliff farm is a 200yr old detached cottage in the hamlet of iburndale on the edge of sleights near to whitby in north yorkshire. The cottage sleeps 7 people and has 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a twin room and a folding bed as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, a dedicated dining area room with a woodburner and a sitting area with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 3 cars and a large mature garden with outdoor furniture. Perfectly located in a peaceful village, yet just a close-by from the yorkshire coast and the north yorks moors national park, cliff farm is a superb family holiday cottage with a sense of history. Amenities: night storage heaters throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting area and woodburner in dining area. Aga range cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher, 43" television with freesat, second television with freesat, dvd, cd/radio, ipod dock, wifi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot and highchair. Court yard parking for three cars. Three quarter acre mature, lawned garden to rear with furniture and lawned garden to front. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1mi, pub ten mins walk. Beach 4mis. Region: the north york moors national park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers. Town: the village of sleights is perfect for both coastal and countryside holidays. It is on the edge of dramatic moors and close to the beautiful yorkshire coastline.
