The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen and sitting area with dedicated dining area room. Outside, there is off road parking for 1 car and a patio with garden furniture, with a gas bbq available by arrangement with the owners. With lovely countryside on the doorstep and the vibrant city of cardiff 7 mis away, derwen fach is a great romantic retreat for a break in south wales. Amenities: central gas heat. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, television with freeview, dvd, cd/radio, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: the small, rural village of michaelston-y-fedw is located on the border of cardiff city with a church and a pub serving food. Lovely scenic countryside surrounds the village, ideal for walks, cycling and fishing at the village trout farm. Cardiff is close by, home to a variety of pubs, bars and restaurants, great shopping, museums and a castle. The city also hosts many concerts and rugby and football matches.
