It can sleep twelve people in five beds consisting of 3 doubles and 2 twins plus a double sofa bed as well as a number of family bathrooms. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dedicated dining area area and 3 sitting rooms (one with a woodburning stove). Outside the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars and a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in a pretty village and within easy driving distance of fabulous towns and attractions, double house farm is a superb holiday home in a wonderful location. Amenities: full underfloor heating from heat pump using geothermal boreholes with additional heating from woodburning stove in garden room. Electric double oven and five ring halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher, 3 x tvs with sky, dvd, cd/radio, wifi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. In rent april to october (£25 per week supplement payable to owner november to march). Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for six cars. Large lawned garden and enclosed patio with furniture and bbq. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mis. Pub 1.5 mis. Region: somerset offers 3 areas of outstanding natural beauty - the quantock, mendip and blackdown hills. Lose yourself in the glory of nature, take a ride on a steam train, visit a traditional farmers’ market or explore your mystical side at glastonbury. Town: the village of henton is situated between the somerset levels and the mendip hills just 4 mis from the city of wells. Wells has a 12th century cathedral as well as a market square offering an array of shops and restaurants.

Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods.
