End cottage has been lovingly restored by its owners, and makes a lovely holiday home on the edge of dalton-in-furness. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people in tywo bedrooms, a double and a single with additional pull put bed, as well as a first level bathroom. There is a farmhouse-style kitchen in the cottage with a dedicated dining area room and woodburner, and a sitting area with a gas fire. Outside, there is off road parking for 1 car and a rear yard. This cottage is perfectly placed for touring the area. Amenities: central gas heat, additional heating from gas fire in sitting area and woodburner in kitchen. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge, cloths washer, television with freeview, dvd, radio/cd. Gas, electric and starter pack for woodburner inc. In rent, further logs for woodburner available to purchase locally, or from caretaker. Bed linen inc. In rent. Child’s low chair. Roadside parking for one car, 20 yards from the cottage on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Rear yard. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs five mins walk. Note: this cottage has a steep, narrow staircase. Region: impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the lake district has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, cumbria is the perfect holiday destination. Town: dalton-in-furness lies on the furness peninsula, which extends into morecambe bay. The town's architecture includes a victorian drinking fountain, the market cross and the 14th century pele tower, known as dalton castle.
