There are four beds – 2 family rooms with a double and single bed in each, a double with lounge and balcony, and a twin room. There is a first level bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, basin and wc. There is also a 1st floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and wc. The living accommodation comprises of a fitted kitchen, utility, dedicated dining area area, sitting area and games room with snooker table. Outside is off road parking for 4 cars and an enclosed garden. With easy access to beaches, country walks, nt properties and market towns, goosewell house makes a wonderful base for family or friends throughout the year. Amenities: full oil central heating. Rayburn oven, gas hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two x colour tvs (one with sky), dvd, wifi, dvds/books. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Overlooking callington is kit hill, with great views from the top. This is a beautiful area, in the heart of the tamar valley, close to cothele, morwellan quay, tavistock and dartmoor.
