The cottage has a cosy sitting area with an open fire, and a bright kitchen with dining room. The 2 beds, a ground level twin and a 1st floor double, offer attractive, comfortable accommodation. In addition to the garden guests also have use of a large field, ideal for family ball games and enjoying the countryside setting. The market town of leyburn, with its shops, eatries, and chocolate makers, is 2mis, and the rest of the yorkshire dales national park is within easy reach. Amenities: full oil fired central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, colour television, dvd, stereo/cd.
