Gerry and susan offer a warm and friendly welcome to the haute epine guesthouse, our main priority is to ensure that your stay with us, no matter the duration, is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Our prices include a hearty english breakfast which our regular guests will tell you is the best in torquay.
Whether you are here for a family holiday, a peaceful break or with friends for a special event, you will find that the haute epine is the place to stay.
we offer seven nights for the price of 6
the haute epine is situated only seven minutes walk from the train station, twelve mins walk to the main harbour, shops and night life and nine minutes walk to the sandy beach and main theatre. There is also a good bus service to all areas just two minutes from our door. We are in an ideal situation for exploring south devon or walking part of the world famous south west coast path. The village of cockington, famous for not changing in the last hundred years and full of old world charm and loads of tourist locations. Bowl greens are only a easy walk away and is the fun and minimum-golf pitches. Parking is in the roads around us but it is free.
