Hen tyn y mynydd is a semi-detached holiday cottage located at the end of a country track in a small hamlet, two miles from lligwy beach and 3mis from moelfre, on the isle of anglesey. The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 beds - 1 king-size double, 1 double and 1 twin. There is a bathroom on the 1st floor with bath, dedicated shower, basin and wc, along with a separate basin/wc on the first level. The living accommodation for guests includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area area with beams and a sitting area with beams and a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage there are patio areas and lawns, with furniture and bbq. There is also off road parking available for 4 cars. With country views on the doorstep and sandy beaches just a couple of miles away, hen tyn y mynydd is a great cottage base from which to enjoy both coast and country. Amenities: full oil central heating with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher, four x tvs with freeview, 1 with dvd, cd/radio, wifi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for four cars. Patio area to 3 sides with lawns, furniture and bbq (1 side enclosed). 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop three miles, pub one miles beach two miles. Note: dogs to be kept on lead outside due to local wildlife (ducks and peacocks). Note: low door into double bedroom. Region: famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: moelfre is a seaside village on anglesey's east coast, home to a beach, a working lifeboat and two good pubs/restaurants. You can partake in boat trips, fishing and even spot seals and dolphins. Nearby are beaches at lligwy, benllech and red wharf bay.
