With 2 double bedrooms and 1 family room (with an ensuite) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep 8 people. The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a dining room and a sitting area with a conservatory. To the outside of the cottage is a large garden area with 2 decked levels, a patio with outdoor furniture as well as off road parking for 3 cars. All the attractions of this part of the dales are on hand, and even the north york moors and city of york can be easily reached from high garth. Amenities: full oil fired central heating. Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, american-style fridge/freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, two x colour tvs, dvd, radio, stereo/cd etc. Fuel and power inc. In rent. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
