The 3 beds each have twin beds, which can be placed together or apart as you wish and a bed settee in the living room can sleep up to two more people. A travel cot,highchair and baby buggy can be provided at no extra charge if you request them at the time of booking. While children are welcome, the apartment has not been made 'child proof'.
It has 2 baths each with shower, washbasin and toilet (1 en suite) and one cloakroom (washbasin and toilet).
The fully fitted kitchen has a gas cooker with four hobs, grill and oven. There is a fridge and a cloths washer
the living room has seating for six people and there is a dining table and six chairs should you wish to eat in. There is also a table and six more chairs on the patio.
There is a television and video disc player in the living room.
A safe is provided.
Total area of apartment approx 163m²
shops, restaurants and the beach and an aqua park are a five to 10-minute stroll away. Local taxis and buses can be stopped just outside the apartment and cost very little.
From this wonderful location you can experience any kind of holiday you desire - from a totally relaxing retreat to an action-packed adventure. World-class diving, water sports, kite surfing, fabulous beaches and spas are available close by; there is an eighteen hole uspga golf course 20 kilometerss away. Fantastic restaurants and nightlife, desert safaris, quad safaris, excursions to luxor, cairo and much much more
all levels of diving are catered for from basic training through to advanced technical dives. You can pre-book this through me if you wish. The quality of the reef is said to be surpassed only by the great barrier reef. The area is also renowned for wreck diving such as the thistlegorm. If there are members of your party who don't wish to dive, they are able to join you either to snorkel or just to take the boat trip. An excellent lunch is served on full day trips
the price is for the apartment is £450 per week for up to six occupancy. A charge of £50 per person for up to two more persons. £350 per week for one or 2 persons.
For your convenience, transport to and from hurghada airport, which is a 10minute, drive away is included in the price
water and power are included (normal usage)
weekly linen change and cleaning service is provided
a deposit of 25% secures the booking. Payments by credit or debit card, personal cheque or paypal. The balance is due eight weeks before departure. For bookings within eight weeks of departure we require full payment a refundable deposit of £250 is required with the final payment in case of damage, loss of keys etc. Or excessive usage of utilities
