An open plan living space is home to a small kitchenette, a dedicated dining area area and a sitting room. Outside there is a grassed area with a picnic bench. With seaside towns close by, and the national park on your doorstep, holmlea is a great romantic retreat. Amenities: electric heaters throughout with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Baby belling oven with 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge, television with freeview, dvd, cd player, radio. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Roadside parking outside property. Small, grassed area at front with bench. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Village pub next door, shop four miles. Note: there are steep, cottage stairs at this property. Note: this property accepts a max of two adults and is not suitable for children. Region: the north york moors national park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers. Town: the village of ugthorpe lies 9 mis from whitby. There is a local village inn serving food and the seaside villages of sandsend and runswick bay are nearby and provide sandy beaches.
