The cottage is all on the first level and can sleep 4 people in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room plus a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dedicated dining area area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage has off road parking for 2 cars and a shared garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a easy drive from durham and newcastle, ivy cottage is a lovely cottage in a glorious part of the country. Amenities: central gas heat with additional heating from coal-effect gas fire in sitting area. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer and tumble dryer in shared laundry area, television with freeview, dvd, cd/radio, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for two cars. Shared front lawned garden with furniture and bbq. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5mis, pub 1.5mis. Note: stabling for horses available by prior arrangement with the owner. Region: from heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime dales await you!
