Leyfield barn is a semi-detached cottage in a countryside setting, two mi. From ilkley in wharfedale. There are two beds in the cottage, both with zip and link beds, meaning they can be offered as either a super king-size double or a twin. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and wc. The cottage has a inviting open plan living space, with a fitted kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with electric stove. Outside, there is off road parking for 2 cars, storage for bikes and a patio with furniture. With the amenities of ilkley so close, and beautiful views all around, leyfield barn makes a wonderful holiday base for families or friends. Amenities: full oil fired central heating, electric stove in the sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, cloths washer, television with sky, dvd, cd etc. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Storage available for bikes and equipment. Small patio with furniture and bbq. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2mis. Note: grazing and stabling available. Region: rom heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime dales await you! Town: ilkley is a former spa town in wharfedale, in an area which offers superb walking in unrivalled scenery. Ilkley has a number of shops and eateries, including the famous betty’s tearoom. Ideally placed for enjoying the dales, ilkley makes a great yorkshire base.
