There is a king-size double bedroom, which can be offered as a twin if needed, with an en-suite shower room. The living space is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with sofabed. Outside is off road parking, bike storage and an enclosed patio and lawn. Little bryn fynnon is a cosy base for enjoying this part of the north wales coastline. Amenities: electric central heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, cloths washer, 2 x tvs (1 with sky hd, one with freeview), dvd, cd/radio, wifi. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. 2 x bikes provided and shed for bike storage. Enclosed patio and lawn with furniture and bbq. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub one minimum walk. Shop 2 mis. Beach 2 mis. Region: famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: set on the side of a hill in the peaceful north wales countryside, the tiny village of gwaenysgor is situated within the clwydian hill range, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The summit is a mere quarter of a mile away and provides a wonderful panoramic view over the countryside and coast. With a very good pub, the village is well placed for joining the offa's dyke national trail, which lies within a few minutes walk. The beaches at prestatyn offer a safe spot for family fun on the sand as well as those looking for a place to try various water sports. There are also a number of lovely walks through the pretty countryside as well as 4 excellent golf courses, a leisure centre, the mountain zoo at colwyn bay and the victorian resort of llandudno – all waiting to be explored.
