Situated near to the essex/suffolk border in the historic market town of sudbury, birthplace of thomas gainsborough, but also within easy reach of long melford, lavenham, so an ideal location for a relaxing break, touring the suffolk area, or bring your cycling and walking gear to experience the many off road routes available. There is a very comfortable sitting area with glazed doors to a contemporary kitchen and dedicated dining area room which leads to a small conservatory providing you with the 1st of the amazing views of the historic water meadows. Steps down on to the large deck area then provide further views of the wonderful mill pond and stream which run from the river stour. The 1st of the two beds has a king sized bed, flatscreen tv and hairdryer, and the single bedroom has a very comfortable bed with 'toppers', duvets and spare throws and blankets provided for both. Mill stream cottage is fitted with high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Mill stream cottage is withing very easy walkable distance of sudbury market town centre that offers an excellent range of shops, restaurants, sandwich bars and coffee shops, a small quayside theatre and a swimming pool/leisure centre and stoke by nayland golf club which is only a fifteen minute drive away. All prices are inclusive of: welcome hamper - including some breakfast provisions for your stay - linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen commodities and power.
