Nant cottage is a detached stone built cottage, situated on the edge of the gwydir forest in the snowdonia national park. Boasting three beds consisting of 2 doubles, one of which has an en-suite washbasin and wc and 1 twin, as well as a first floor family shower room, this cottage can sleep 6 people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a sitting/dedicated dining area room with log burning stove and an additional sitting area with a recessed
fireplace. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a garden with furniture. Nant cottage is a wonderful cottage and perfect for exploring the area. Amenities: full oil fired central heating and additional heating from log burning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic cloths washer and drier, dishwasher, colour television, video disc player. Payphone. Oil, electricity & 1 basket of logs for open fire inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Cot and highchair by request. Sunny garden, grounds and garden furniture. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The whole region is a haven for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts and there are also a variety of outdoor activities including cycling, mountain walks and horse riding. The river conwy also plays host to many fishermen and boaters who enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful scenery. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
