The cottage is inviting, light and airy and offers a cosy sitting area with open fire, conservatory with dining room, well equipped fitted kitchen, and a ground level bathroom. Oak view sleeps 6 and has 3 beds - 1 king size double, 1 double and 1 twin. Outside, there is the convenience of off road parking for three cars and a large enclosed garden with furniture and bbq, which is perfect to dine and relax in after a busy day exploring the area. Combs offers many walks, with 1 of the country footpaths opposite the cottage. Just 3 mis away is the town of stowmarket which offers many attractions and amenities. Oak view is ideal for families and groups of friends that want to enjoy this area of suffolk. Amenities: central heating from open fire, additional heating from electric convector heaters and hot water from solar panels and immersion hot water heater. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, cloths washer, dishwasher, colour television with sky, dvd, radio/cd, wifi, books/dvd/games. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of suffolk. Town: the small village of combs is surrounded by country footpaths, which are perfect for walks and seeing wildlife. The market town of stowmarket is just three mi. Away and offers a range of amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and a leisure centre. Attractions in and around the town include the start of the gipping valley footpath, the museum of east anglian life and the stowmarket town trail. Nearby are the attractions of stonham barns, wolves wood rspb reserve and haughley park, plus within driving distance is bury st edmonds, ipswich and colchester with its castle and zoo. Combs is a perfect base to explore this part of suffolk at any time of the year.
