Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars, a lawned area and patio with furniture and ornamental fish pond and shared use of a heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Set in stunning surroundings, stopes cottage is a fabulous holiday cottage right on the dorset cliffs. Amenities: calor central gas heat throughout with additional heating from gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer cloths washer, two x tvs with freeview, dvd, cd/radio, selection of books, games, cds and dvds. Fuel inc. In rent. Electricity charged by meter (1st £10 inc. In rent). Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Ample off road parking for cars and boats. Lawned area and patio with garden furniture and ornamental fish pond. Shared seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi (available may - september inclusive). Shared access to lighthouse observatory via steep steps. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2mis, pub five mins walk. Note: no children under five years due to ponds and proximity of cliff edge. Region: explore the fossils and stunning beaches of dorset’s jurassic coast, visit historic sherborne and shaftesbury, or enjoy the footpaths, country lanes and thatched-roof pubs dorset offers. Town: the village of fortuneswell is on the 'isle of portland' peninsula, and is joined to the mainland via chesil beach. Fortuneswell boasts shops, pubs and restaurants with walking and climbing opportunities, watersports, and the harbour at weymouth.
