Offering simple, comfortable accommodation, this light and airy property has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Accommodation is composed of a double en-suite bedroom, a state of the art fitted kitchen and a cosy lounge with dining room. Guests are able to use of the owner’s well established garden as well as a private patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining. The property is surrounded by an extensive network of footpaths allowing easy access to the south downs and west sussex. Amenities: central gas heat throughout with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting area. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer & dryer, colour television with freeview, video disc player, cd player/cassette/radio, wifi, small library of games/books etc. Fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the open fire inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking available 100 yards from property in church car park. Large, well established shared garden with private patio area. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome at a cost of £10 per booking (for one or 2 dogs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub five mins walk. Region: with many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, sussex has it all for a great holiday destination. Town: situated on the river adur, the pretty village of henfield is an ideal location for exploring the various footpaths that cover the south downs and west sussex area, allowing visitors to take in its mixture of local grassland, wetland, reedbed, woodland and ponds on foot or by bicycle. Bird watchers and nature lovers will enjoy the wide variety of plants and wildlife that can be spotted throughout this unique region. The vibrant town of brighton is just 10 mis away whilst the village itself boasts several pubs and restaurants as well as local shops and a recently remodeled leisure centre. This wonderful little settlement is a fantastic place for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

all prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter short breaks (wsb) are available at many properties in the "winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off season breaks (osb) are available at many properties in parts of the "low" and "mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
