There is a king-size double with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and wc. There is also an open plan living space with kitchen, dedicated dining area area and sitting are. Outside, along with off road parking for 2 cars, guests have use of a small patio with furniture in the owners' garden. With the amenities of leyburn on the doorstep, walks in the wensleydale countryside, and other market towns and dales villages to explore, orchard loft makes a wonderful romantic retreat all year round. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
