The cottage sleeps 4 people and has 1 two double bedrooms (one on the first floor, 1 on the 2nd floor) and two baths. The property also has an open plan living space with fitted kitchen, dedicated dining area area and a sitting room. Outside the property is off road parking for 1 car and ventnor park is across the road. Just a short stroll from the town centre, park view is a superb holiday home for a relaxing holiday. Amenities: central gas heat throughout. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, television with freeview, dvd, cd, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub, restaurants and shops 1mi, beach ten mins walk. Note: please be aware that the bedrooms are on the ground and 2nd floors. Note: due to the layout of the property, children aged ten and over only. Region: the isle of wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 mis of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual cowes week is not to be missed. Town: the victorian resort of ventnor is located at the southern end of the isle of white and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The sandy beaches provide excellent facilities for watersports and offer a range of coastal paths to explore.
