The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room with a pull out bed, which with the addition of 2 family bathrooms makes it suitable for up to 6 people. Also included in the accommodation are a fitted kitchen, a dedicated dining area area and a sitting area with a gas fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 3 cars and a large garden with outdoor furniture. With fabulous views and plenty of walks nearby, peacemere is a lovely cottage in a stunning part of the country. Amenities: full central gas heat, additional heating from flame effect gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer in garage, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour television with freeview, video disc player, cd player, radio, telephone (incoming calls), wifi, library of books, games and dvds. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for three cars. Large, attractive lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 well behaved dog welcome (to be kept on a lead whilst on premises due to cattle in adjoining field). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub ten mins walk. Region: explore the fossils and stunning beaches of dorset's jurassic coast, visit historic sherborne and shaftesbury, or enjoy the footpaths, country lanes and thatched-roof pubs dorset offers. Town: gillingham is small north dorset market town in the heart of the blackmore vale, well served by a good selection of local shops, inns and restaurants. The blackmore vale, an area of outstanding natural beauty is part of the stour valley with lush green countryside and a 'patchwork quilt' of fields. The area abounds with pretty rural walks and offers numerous national trust properties and historic houses within a quick drive.
