Pennylands lodge is a detached timber lodge, set in 3 acres within the grounds of the owners' b&b;, with fabulous views over this unspoilt part of worcestershire just outside the delightful cotswold village of broadway, and has been featured on the home channel television programme, "my flatpack home". The single storey cottage has 2 double bedrooms (one of them with a king size bed) and a shower room making it ideal for 2 couples. The cottage also boasts an open plan living space with well equipped kitchen, dedicated dining area room and sitting room with woodburner effect electric fire. Outside the lodge is a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as plenty of secure parking and bike storage. Being located in the heart of the beautiful cotswold countryside, pennylands lodge is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday. Amenities: electric convector wall heaters throughout, electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, cloths washer, dishwasher, colour television, dvd. Fuel & power inc. In rent. Bed linen & towels inc. In rent. Travel cot on request. Garden with furniture & bbq (on request). Bike storage available. Off road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The lygon arms has been popular for centuries, and now spa facilities can be enjoyed at pre-arranged times. Broadway serves as a great base for exploring the cotswolds and surrounds with stratford upon avon, cheltenham spa and worcester within easy reach. With an abundance of national trust properties, museums, beautiful walks and cycle trails this really is a great place for a relaxing holiday, all year round.
