Pentwr is a detached farmhouse in an isolated position just two mi. From the north wales coast and 8mis from caernarfon. The cottage sleeps 9 people and has 2 double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), 1 twin room and 1 family room as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a rayburn and a dedicated dining area area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is plenty of off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in beautiful countryside on the edge of snowdonia, pentwr is a superb family holiday home in north wales. Amenities: oil central heating throughout with additional heating from rayburn in kitchen and woodburner in sitting area. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, television with freeview, dvd. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking. Shed for bikes. Large fenced yard to side, enclosed front garden with patio, lawn, orchard, furniture and bbq. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2mis in clynnog fawr. Region: famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: caernarfon is a popular harbour town which remains of much historic and cultural importance to north wales. There is an impressive 13th century castle, often with guided tours and special events including historic pageants. The town also has a station for the welsh highland railway, which passes through dramatic scenery, and fishing trips are available from the harbour. There is a wide selection of shops and eateries, and a quick drive away are some lovely beaches, both on the isle of anglesey and the lleyn peninsula, plus the mountains and rivers of snowdonia, including the renowned mountaineering town of llanberis at the foot of mount snowdon.
