Prescott mill cottage is a former corn mill, located in the shropshire countryside, 5mis from cleobury mortimer. This cottage sleeps 6 people and comprises of 1 king size double and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground level, and both can be made into double beds. There is also a family bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with dining room and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a garden with river frontage and furniture. Prescott mill cottage is a perfect cottage for those that want to enjoy the shropshire countryside. Amenities: heating from night storage heaters and additional heating from multifuel stove in sitting room (fuel can be purchased from owners). Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer / dryer, television with freeview, dvd. Electricity inc. In rent. Bed linen inc. In rent. Cot, highchair & folding bed on request, babysitting by arrangement. Ample off road parking. Secluded garden with river frontage and garden furniture. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub (good food) 1.5mis (stottesdon), with shop attached. Region: a e houseman once wrote that shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as 1 of the least crowded and most quiet regions in england. Town: the village of stottesdon lies in the wonderful shropshire countryside between historic bridgnorth and ludlow. The village offers a small shop and a pub, while within easy reach are attractive shropshire towns and villages such as shrewsbury, church stretton and much wenlock.
