The cottage has 3 double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for 6 people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dedicated dining area area and a sitting area with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 3 cars and a lawned garden and patio with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a mile from the town’s amenities, primrose cottage is a lovely holiday home for a family vacation. Amenities: oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, television with freeview, dvd, pc with internet access, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio to rear with furniture. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub one mile. Note: there is a stream at the bottom of the garden. Region: from the lush green farmlands of the borders to the ruggedness of the highlands, the scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam. Town: the town of jedburgh lies 10 mis inside the scottish border, half way between newcastle upon tyne and edinburgh. Jedburgh has shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy, as well as historic attractions.
