The cottage can sleep up to eight people in three beds - 1 double with wrought iron double day bed and en-suite shower, basin and wc, 1 king-size double and 1 first level twin with en-suite shower, basin and wc. There is also a bathroom on the 1st floor with bath, dedicated shower, basin and wc. The first floor living accommodation consists of an open plan living space with fitted kitchen, breakfast area, dedicated dining area area and a sitting area with woodburner and patio doors. There is also a 1st floor entrance hall. Outside there is ample off road parking, a decked area, lawns and a patio with furniture and bbq. With stunning valley views, great walks from the doorstep and conwy eight miles away, red kites' retreat makes a great base for an idyllic cottage holiday in north wales. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
