Plus, for larger parties there is a separate apartment included with the house which is located on the ground level and includes an extra bedroom, kitchen, living space with sofa bed and office with broadband access. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy the cosmopolitian buzz of torquay with it's picturesque harbour, restaurants, cafes, shops and attractions including the living coasts zoo and kents cavern. There are also many beaches and the south west coastal path close by.
a deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within six weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only saturday to saturday bookings (or friday – friday where stated) are accepted in july and august. Short breaks (minimum. Three nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.
