This cottage sleeps 7 people and has three beds consisting of 2 doubles and 1 family room with a triple bunk (double below, single above) as well as a family bathroom. This character cottage also has a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is a large enclosed lawned garden and patio with furnture and off road parking for 2 cars. Rose cottage is ideal for families and friends who wish to explore this wonderful area. Amenities: gas fired central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer in utility, dishwasher, television with freeview, dvd, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large enclosed lawned garden and patio with furniture and unfenced pond. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mis. Town: the small village of mayfield is set in stunning scenery and offers great walking and cycling opportunities. Ashbourne is only two mi. Away and boasts narrow cobbled alleys, pubs and antique shops, plus alton towers is nearby.
