Rowton manor cottage is a semi detached, grade ii listed cottage next to the owners' home near to craven arms in shropshire. The cottage is split into 2 parts with the main section having three beds (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom plus a seperate 2nd floor section with a double bedroom with an ensuite, making the whole cottage available for 8 people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dedicated dining area room, a sitting area with a woodburner and a 2nd floor sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars and a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for a large family holiday, rowton manor cottage is set in beautiful countryside in a quiet part of the country.
Please note that the 2nd floor suite containing the super king-size bedroom with ensuite and the open plan living space will be unavailable until january first, 2012. This means that the cottage will sleep a max of six people until this time. Amenities: oil fired central heating throughout with additional heating from woodburner in sitting area. Aga with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher. Kitchen on 2nd floor with microwave, fridge/freezer. Two x tvs with freeview, two x dvds. Wifi. All fuel, power and starter pack of wood for woodburner inc. In rent (extra wood available from owner). Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for four cars. Bike storage. Enclosed front garden with lawn, gravel seating area, garden furniture, bbq and countryside views over the clun valley. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2mis. Pub and restaurant one mile. Town: the town of craven arms is located between the medieval town of ludlow and church stretton. The historic towns of bishops castle, ludlow and shrewsbury are a easy drive away, and offer magnificent castles, riverside walks, shops, pubs, restaurants, theatres and a variety of festivals.
all prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter short breaks (wsb) are available at many properties in the "winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off season breaks (osb) are available at many properties in parts of the "low" and "mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
