Scott cottage is a stone-built cottage adjoining the owner's home close to the centre of the wensleydale village of bellerby near to leyburn. Boasting 1 double bedroom and 1 twin (plus a fold up bed) and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep 5 people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dedicated dining area area and an electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is a garden with a sitting room and off road parking for 2 cars. With easy access to the yorkshire dales national park, scott cottage is a lovely holiday home for exploring this beautiful part of the country. Amenities: full central heating. Additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, cloths washer, fridge, freezer, colour television, video, radio/cd player etc. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen inc. In rent. Towel hire available. Cot and high chair on request. Pretty garden with sitting room. Off street parking for 2 cars. One well behaved pet welcome at extra charge of £10. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1.5 mis (leyburn), pub five mins walk. Region: from heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime dales await you! Town: situated in idyllic open countryside between the market towns of leyburn and richmond, the small wensleydale village of bellerby is a well served village in an excellent, central location for walking. Set amidst the hills of north yorkshire, this lovely village has a pub that serves food and is within easy distance of leyburn’s lively friday market, whilst the shops and cafes of richmond are also close by. This wonderful, historic town is just 7 mis away and also boasts a georgian theatre and open air markets.
