Consists of open plan kitchen/lounge with dining table overlooking uninterrupted views of river clyde. 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with guest bed underneath. Ideal for a small family or a couple. Brand new bathroom with over bath shower. Lounge, bathroom and both bedrooms all have new flatscreen tv's. Complete with cloths washer, tumble dryer, ironing board,fridge,freezer and many more extras! Central gas heat and fully insulated so a really cosy flat even in the depths of a scottish winter! Free wi fi is installed.
Small shared garden with drying green. Free on street parking available. Only fifteen minutes walk into dunoon itself, but only two minutes walk to the many shops within kirn. Only two minutes drive from western ferries or if a foot passenger on argyll ferries why not let us pick you up from the ferry?
This is a non smoking property and is not suitable for pets.
includes all linen and towels, heating, gas & electricity. Please note that rates shown are at the high end of the period. Different rates apply for different weeks. A quick call or email will confirm the rate for the period you wish to stay thanks! Please note that bookings for less than three nights carry a single £20 supplement. Generally bookings are from saturday to saturday but please call and i am sure we can satisfy your requirements. Check-out is 10am and check-in is 3.30pm (although luggage can be left earlier). A 20% deposit is required when booking and balance paid 28 days prior to your stay. Shorter breaks of a min of three nights are available - price on request depending on season - please contact us for further info.
