The cottage is ideally situated to explore the delights of suffolk. Slightly further on are newmarket for a day at the races and the city of cambridge. Shop and pub 1mi, restaurant ½ mile. Large living/dedicated dining area area with wood-burning stove in inglenook fireplace( wood supplied), double quality sofa bed (alternative sleeping), french doors and tiled floor.under floor central heating down stairs,radiators up stairs.fully fitted,well equipped kitchen with electric induction range (for cooking), tiled floor. 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower attachment, dedicated shower cubicle and toilet. 2nd staircase to 1st floor: twin bedroom.the house is beamed throughout ,some low beams in places. External garden toilet. All though the property is adjoined to the owners property,both is totally independent of each other.each having there own access and driveway ( for several cars )the large south facing and secluded rear garden ( a real sun trap) is securely fenced for children,there is a small pond but this is covered for safety . Inclusive of all utilities quality bed linen , towels and tea towels ,toilet and kitchen rolls , also included is a welcome basket containing many local produce ( milk,eggs,cheese,ham,bread,butter,jam ,biscuits ,hand made cake )
