The cottage has 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double (with an ensuite) as well as a family bathroom, which makes it suitable for 6 people. The cottage also has a 1st floor, open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Close to the jurassic coast and set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, shepherd’s hut is a wonderful cottage in a beautiful part of the country. Amenities: heating from electric wall heaters, additional heating from wood burning stove in sitting room. Electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher, plasma tv with freeview, dvd, library of books, games and dvds. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. In rent. Additional fuel for wood burning stove available to purchase from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Lawned garden and patio to rear with furniture. 2 well behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £10 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2mis, pub 1.three miles. Note: this is a working farm - dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Region: explore the fossils and stunning beaches of dorset’s jurassic coast, visit historic sherborne and shaftesbury, or enjoy the footpaths, country lanes and thatched-roof pubs dorset offers. Town: winterborne whitechurch is in an area of outstanding natural beauty offering good walks and superb views. Take a visit to the market town of dorchester, home of thomas hardy. Within an quick drive lies the jurassic coast with sandy beaches at weymouth and swanage and cliff top walks along the south west coastal path.
