This cottage sleeps 2 people and has a kingsize double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen area, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a stable door to the terrace and garden. Outside this cottage, there is roadside parking and a garden with garden furniture and bbq. Located within a national park renowned for its stunning countryside, squirrel cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat away. Amenities: night storage heaters and additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour television with sky and video disc player. Electricity and starter pack for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen inc. In rent. Roadside parking. Garden with garden furniture, bbq and views to the hills. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop four miles, pub three mins walk. Note: the property is not suitable for children under 12. Region: famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: betws-y-coed is surrounded by picturesque woodland and imposing mountains and is part of the snowdonia national park visitors centre. The national park is made up of just under 850 square miles of unspoilt scenery that plays host to an abundance of wildlife and a number of rare plants; a tranquil setting for walkers and nature-enthusiasts. The nearby river conwy is well known for the quality of its fishing and also hides river pools, frothing waterfalls and bridges that are many hundreds of years old. Betws-y-coed itself has a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as the woodland high rope activity centre.
