The cottage has four beds (two doubles, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds) and a family bathroom which makes it suitable for 8 people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining table and a sitting area with a woodburner and a dedicated dining area area. Outside the cottage is a small enclosed garden with outdoor furniture & a bbq. Close to dartmoor and bodmin moor as well as lovely seaside towns, st stephens hill is a perfect cottage for families and friends. Amenities: full central gas heat with additional heating from woodburner in sitting area. Gas oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour television, dvd. Fuel, power & starter pack for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen inc. In rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking. Small enclosed garden with furniture & bbq. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Launceston also offers wonderful architecture including exquisite georgian buildings. Just 3mis away is the tamar otter park and taking a trip on the steam train from launceston through the beautiful kensey valley on a 5 mi round trip is essential. Other places to visit are the stunning dartmoor and bodmin moor and with delightful seaside towns nearby, launceston is a perfect base all year round.

Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
