Torquay station and the seafront are about a twelve minute walk and torquay centre is about twenty minutes.
a deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within six weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only saturday to saturday bookings (or friday – friday where stated) are accepted in july and august. Short breaks (minimum. Three nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A nonrefundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.
