This cottage sleeps 8 people and has four beds consisting of one super king-size 4 poster with en-suite bathroom, a king-size double with en-suite corner bath, one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom and a first floor basin and wc. The cottage also boasts a fitted farmhouse-style kitchen with a dedicated dining area room, utility room, a sitting area with an open fire and exposed stone walls, a 2nd sitting area and a 1st floor landing with balustrade carousel above the hallway. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for 5 cars and a patio and enclosed lawned rear garden with furniture. Stour hill barn is a wonderful cottage, close to many places of interests, which will suit all tastes. Amenities: full electric central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric double oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two x tvs, one with freesat, dvd, cd/radio, books/games/dvds. Broadband. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bike storage available on request. Town: the small village of west stour is set on the borders of south east somerset and north dorset and on the edge of the village is blackmore vale. Nearby are a number of national trust properties, plus within driving distance there is gillingham, shaftesbury, stonehenge, bath and salisbury.
