The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family room, which with the addition of 2 family bathrooms make it suitable for 7 people. The cottage also has a farmhouse kitchen with a dedicated dining area area, a sitting area and a snug, both with open fires. Outside the cottage has off road parking for 4 cars and a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for discovering the dales and with many walks from its doorstep, sunnyside cottage is a wonderful family holiday home. Amenities: oil fired central heating with open fires in the sitting area and the snug. Electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two x tvs with freeview, dvd, cd player. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fires inc. In rent. Extra fuel for open fires can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Cot & highchair available. Telephone with honesty box. Off road parking for 4 cars. all prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter short breaks (wsb) are available at many properties in the "winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off season breaks (osb) are available at many properties in parts of the "low" and "mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
