There is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting area with dedicated dining area room and electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking with additional parking by the roadside. There is also a sunny private garden with furniture and bbq. With the coastline, eden project, fowey, st austell and much more within easy reach, sunnyvista is a wonderful base for a family or relaxing break. Amenities: full central gas heat, additional heating from electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, colour television, dvd, cd. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking. Sunny enclosed lawned rear garden with furniture and bbq. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub ten mins walk. Note: this property is accessed by twenty steps up from the road. Region: cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, cornwall has long cemented its place as 1 of britains premier holiday destinations. Town: tywardreath is a village in cornwall, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes and rugged coastline which inspired the literature of daphne du maurier. In fact, the village name means the house on the strand, and it appeared in her novel ofthat name. The world famous eden project is 3mis away, the beach at par sands is around a mile away, and the coastal town of fowey is a lovely afternoon out.
