Tan dderwen is a detached cottage dating from victorian times, in the small seaside town of llanfairfechan in north wales. There is a double room and a room with bunk beds, and a family bathroom. The fitted kitchen has a dedicated dining area room, and the sitting area has a multi-fuel stove, lovely on cooler evenings. Outside is a side garden with furniture, and parking can be found on the roadside nearby. With conwy and snowdonia easily reached, tan dderwen makes a comfortable family base all year round. Amenities: storage heaters throughout, additional heating from multi fuel stove in sitting area. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, cloths washer, flatscreen tv with freeview, dvd. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Roadside parking. Side garden with garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs three mins walk. Note: garden is reached via ten steps, small children will need parental supervision due to 5' drop from edge of garden to road level below. Note: staircase is rather steep with low head clearance. Region: famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From snowdonia in north wales to the brecon beacons and the pembrokeshire coast in the south. Town: set between the mountains and the sea 7mis from conwy in north wales, the small town of llanfairfechan has a long sandy beach and a selection of amenities. The town's terrace walk offers views as far as puffin island and anglesey. The rest of north wales is on offer within easy reach, including the snowdonia national park.
